Single Granite Monument - Custom Color & Engraving

The decedent was a U of M alumni and had pre-planned this traditional single granite monument with the University of Maryland logo in full color. The logo was engraved directly on to the monument, and then inked so the color would be permanent.

Double Granite Head Stone – Duplicate Existing Family Gravestone

The family wanted to replicate a double granite monument style that was that was placed at another other family members’ gravesite. However, the original monument was located in a different state and was not readily available for comparison. Using only a photograph provided by the family, we were able to successfully duplicate the headstone shape, size, and color as requested.

Memorial Bench for Cemetery

To beautify their loved one’s gravesite and provide a place to sit for prayer and reflection, this family chose a memorial bench. This customized bench of white Cherokee Marble, a light gray marble with white crystals and subtle veins on its surface, is resistant to all weather conditions.

SB Monuments also placed a single bronze marker on a larger granite base with space for another single bronze when the time comes. This was a unique request which is not typically seen due to the additional expense, but a beautiful presentation for married couples.
